What prior staffing experience do you have, if any?: i have been staff on many servers at least 10+. the highest rank i reached was Community manager. Weaknesses?: in my opinion, my greatest strength is my ability to be stone cold honest, i am very straight forward and blunt, i dont beat around the bush and i simpily have the inability to be bias to anyone. my only weakness is my disylexia, my spelling sucks ass and i take a little bit longer to read things but i who cares, i get the job done.[/b] [b]--Scenarios--[/b] [b]- Player A submits a report against Player B. The report states that Player B has said a racial slur but cannot provide proof. What do you do?: i would ask player player B if they can prove they didnt say the racial slur, if that can not be provided either then the best thing i can do is ask them both to just drop it and have fun, but just before i return them i would just remind them that racial comments are NOT permitted on RTN and will not be tolerated, i would then tell them both to enjoy their day and return them.  - You are on duty as a Staff Member and are noclipping around, responding to tickets, etc. You notice that in the kill feed you see mass amounts of kills coming from Dre. You decide to investigate and come to the conclusion that Dre is Mass RDMing. What do you do? (In this Scenario, Dre is not a staff member): from past experience id bring them jail then freeze them. i would then ask what all that was all about. and i would also bring anyone envolved in the situation to get both sides of the story and after comming to the conclusion that Dre is Mass RDMing i would give them the relevant punishment that is stated on the punishments list.  - Fives joins the server for the first time and follows the instructions to call for a trainer. 15 minutes later, you notice Fives is still waiting for a trainer. What do you do?: i would train them myself if i was the relevant rank. But if i could not do so, i would ask for anyone of the relevant rank who is free to head to the TR and train fives. if no one volenteers or goes to the TR i would just have to TP someone that i think doesent have anything more important to do.[/b] [b]--Staff Questions--[/b] [b]As a member of the CWRP Staff Team, you should know how the Chain of Command works. Explain in a brief 2-4 sentences what the Chain of Command is and why it is important.: i would say its very important to follow the chain of command because if people didnt all the managers and owner/s will just get bombarded with un-nessesary problems that a T-MOD could fix. its simple, there are ranks and a structure to make everyones lives easier. As a member of the CWRP Staff Team, you are expected to be active on all platforms. This includes the Main Discord, the CWRP Server, and the Forums you currently are on. Is this a responsibility you can take on?: of course. As a member of the CWRP Staff Team, you will be representing the entirety of Rolling Thunder Networks, not just the CWRP division.
